Lauren Dawson | ND Coach Specialising in Women in Tech/STEM

About Lauren

Lauren is a qualified workplace wellbeing coach, trainer, speaker and founder of Curious Coaching. Coming from the Tech sector herself, she is very invested in supporting women in what is renknowned to be a male dominated and isolating sector for women.

Sessions with Lauren are charged at £100 per hour (+VAT)

  • I'm a neuro-affirming wellbeing coach and trainer, supporting Autistic and/or ADHD women and non-binary people to develop sustainable careers that work for them.

Throughout my career in STEM, I was constantly pushing through, ignoring my needs and burning out. On the outside I was successful, but every day was an internal fight with my brain

I couldn't understand why everybody else seemed to be coping just fine. Then I discovered I'm an Autistic ADHDer and things began to make a lot more sense.

I learnt to question the perfectionist, critical voice in my head, and listen to my instinct for rest and recovery. I experimented, built my self-awareness, and found ways of working with my brain that are sustainable and effective.

Now I'd love to help you do the same.

Leighanne Stephens | ND Personal Trainer

Leighanne supports her clients through a fixed price package of ongoing support and coaching.

  • Leighanne’s coaching is designed to meet the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals throwing the standard methods of coaching to the wind to work with neurodivergent brains and not against them, including those managing hypermobility, co-occurring conditions, and other barriers. Her approach focuses on creating sustainable routines that work with your brain and body, rather than against them, with an emphasis on small, manageable steps that lead to big, lasting changes.

She’s passionate about improving not just her clients’ physical fitness but also their ability to move pain-free, feel more energised, and build confidence in their bodies. By addressing both aesthetic goals and functional fitness, Leighanne helps clients take care of their bodies in a way that supports their current needs and long-term health.

  • As a late-diagnosed autistic woman, I understand the relief, but also the confusion, that comes with receiving such diagnosis. Finding my autistic identity helped me to feel like me.  A lot of things started to make sense but there was so much more to figure it out.

Having post-diagnosis coaching and therapy has helped me to move from self-identification to acceptance of being autistic.

My style of coaching and therapy represents everything I stand for:

    • I believe in not giving up; if something is not working I keep looking for solutions until I find them.

    • Honesty; I will always be honest with you.

    • I am an "out of the box" thinker and a strong believer that humour is the vital ingredient to solving problems and facing the world.

    • I believe that people have an inner strength and the wisdom to turn their life around. Sometimes we need therapy to unlock this gift.

    • People don’t need fixing, we are all beautiful and unique.

    • My communication style is compassionate but also direct; if you’re expecting a gentle and fluffy approach, I might not be the right therapist for you.

I view therapy as a journey of exploration and discovery, but also a time when you can share your worries and doubts in a safe and confidential space.

Together we can untangle confusion and find answers.
