Of course, if something isn’t quite right, we are here to support and advocate for individuals or provide confidential practical advice to managers and colleagues responsible for HR, people and culture, helping to ensure that their voice is clear and understood, and helping to shape a solution which is both reasonable and ND friendly (reasonably ND!). We also have access to independent workplace mediators with experience of working with neurodivergent individuals in the most difficult cases.
